The high-speed and high-power diesel engine CHD622V20CR independently developed by SHILIDER has completed the 3750kW power verification at 1500r/min speed, indicating that SHILIDER products can meet the power requirements of a rated power of 3.2MW and a standby power of 3.5MW generator set. The successful completion of this experimental verification has filled the market gap of independent controllable high-speed high-power diesel engines for diesel generator sets above 3MW, marking a solid step for SHILIDER to enter the market of 3MW and above generator sets.
SHILIDER has carefully prepared in response to the existing market demand for 3MW and above power generator sets. Based on the CHD622V20CR diesel engine and benchmarking against international advanced engines, SHILIDER has conducted a new design and development of various systems and structures of the diesel engine according to current mainstream design concepts, optimized the intake and exhaust, fuel and other systems, and completed the verification of the maximum power of 3750kW at 1500r/min. So far, this type of machine can meet the demand for rated power of 3400kW and standby power of 3750kW. At the same time, in order to adapt to the special application environment of high exhaust back pressure, SHILIDER has completed the verification of 3520kW power under 15kpa exhaust back pressure, laying a solid foundation for matching SHILIDER's independently developed exhaust treatment device and applying it to the high exhaust back pressure market.
